PRATIK CHOUGULE IS a CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL OF ITJ STRATEGIES. HE WAS PREVIOUSLY AN EXECUTIVE EDITOR AT THE AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE, WHERE HE ORCHESTRATED A 115% INCREASE IN MONTHLY ARTICLE TRAFFIC OVER SIX MONTHS. AS MANAGING EDITOR OF THE NATIONAL INTEREST, CHOUGULE OVERSAW WEB CONTENT FOR A SITE GENERATING OVER 3 MILLION UNIQUE VISITORS PER MONTH. DURING THE 2016 ELECTION CYCLE, CHOUGULE SERVED AS THE POLICY COORDINATOR ON THE PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGNS OF DONALD TRUMP AND FORMER ARKANSAS GOVERNOR MIKE HUCKABEE. CHOUGULE HAS ASSISTED A NUMBER OF SENIOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WITH THE RESEARCH AND WRITING OF THEIR MEMOIRS, INCLUDING FORMER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE DONALD RUMSFELD, FORMER U.S. AMBASSADOR TO AFGHANISTAN, IRAQ, AND THE UNITED NATIONS ZALMAY KHALILZAD, AND FORMER UNDER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR POLICY DOUGLAS FEITH. HE HAS CONTRIBUTED TO PROJECTS FOR THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION, THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER ON NONVIOLENT CONFLICT, AND BARON PUBLIC AFFAIRS. FROM 2008 TO 2009, CHOUGULE WAS A GEORGE W. BUSH APPOINTEE AT THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE IN THE OFFICE OF THE UNDER SECRETARY FOR ARMS CONTROL AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY, WHERE HE SERVED AS STAFF ASSISTANT AND SPEECHWRITER TO ACTING UNDER SECRETARY JOHN ROOD. CHOUGULE GRADUATED PHI BETA KAPPA FROM BROWN UNIVERSITY AND HOLDS A J.D. FROM YALE LAW SCHOOL.

 

 

KRISTOFER HARRISON IS A CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL OF ITJ STRATEGIES.  PREVIOUSLY, HE  WORKED AS A PARTNER AT A MACRO-ECONOMIC ADVISORY FIRM AND WAS THE CHIEF INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIST FOR THE MEDLEY MACRO FUND AT MEDLEY CAPITAL, A PRIVATE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FIRM BASED IN NEW YORK. HE SERVED AS SECRETARY OF DEFENSE DONALD RUMSFELD’S CHIEF POLICY AIDE FOR CENTRAL ASIA AND THE CAUCASUS. FOR SECRETARY OF STATE CONDOLEEZZA RICE, HE SERVED IN A NUMBER OF POSITIONS INCLUDING AS HER DEPUTY IRAQ COORDINATOR AND AS CHIEF OF STAFF TO TWO SUCCESSIVE COUNSELORS TO THE DEPARTMENT. MR. HARRISON ATTENDED WASHINGTON AND LEE AND HARVARD UNIVERSITIES. HE SPEAKS FLUENT RUSSIAN AND GERMAN.
